Our Business Analysts Team is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to:
- Keep track of and log in blocked transactions, bugs and fixes based on internal processes and procedures;
- Create Business Operations accounts;
- Communicate with partners to ensure issues are fixed in a timely manner;
- Create and maintain SLA Documents;
- Prepare root cause analysis;
- Regularly interact with our partners and the QA and Developer Teams in the company;
- Support our internal systems.
We would like you to have:
- Strong communication skills in English - both written and verbal;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office/Google Docs;
- Attention to details with ability to work under pressure;
- Previous experience on a similar position is a plus but not a must;
- Technical background is a plus;
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
