TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

Player needed:

Technical Account Manager

 

MISSIONS:

• Build and manage close relationships with allocated B2B clients. These clients may be platforms with multiple Operators or direct integration

• Lead integration processes between clients and in-house developers to meet, organize and simplify requirements

• Plan and manage product integrations

• Work closely with internal teams to make sure the integration process is flawless and completed on time

• Develop solutions and influence the strategic direction of clients

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills

• Experience in managing customer relationships and software release

• Experience in Project/Account management

• Flexibility and ability to work independently with minimum supervision

• Proficiency in eliciting customer requirements and leading business processes

• Strong interest and desire to build a career in the IT industry
